Amber Rondeau

Amber is an enthusiastic teacher from the United States. Her journey began when she followed in her father’s footsteps by attending firefighter school. She became the first paid female firefighter in her community, later advancing her career by working as an Emergency Medical Technician for five years. During this time, she also pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Sociology.

Amber’s life took a transformative turn when she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at an ashram in the Bahamas, specializing in Sivananda Yoga. Alongside yoga, she gained deep knowledge of the Hindu way of life, service to others, and Ayurvedic living. This experience inspired her to sell her business and possessions, embarking on a global journey with just one backpack. She visited ashrams, explored multiple countries solo, and ultimately settled in Thailand.

For nearly five years, Amber has been teaching in Thailand, focusing on kindness, compassion, and mindfulness in her classes. Her teaching style guides students to make thoughtful choices by understanding the impact of their actions on themselves and others. Through her approach, she hopes to leave every student with a positive mindset and an open heart toward others.
