Being Mindful of Your Self Talk
The Importance of Positive Self Talk
Being mindful of how you talk to yourself is important — this can influence how you feel and act. Think of it this way — if you say negative or mean things to yourself, you will most likely feel upset and bad about yourself.
When you notice negative self-talk, you can switch it up to something more positive. This will give your confidence and mood a boost. It's like having a supportive best friend in your head instead of a tough critic.
