Module

1

Introduction to Self-Awareness

We follow a group of middle school students embarking on a summer camp adventure in the mountains. Each student has unique characteristics and they are brought together by their shared desire to discover themselves. Let's join them as they navigate the complexities of late childhood and early adolescence.

Module

2

Introspection

The campers have begun the process of basic Self-Awareness. They are now looking deeper into what makes them who they are: What motivates them, their goals, the influences and relationships in their lives. Let's see how this is going.

Module

3

Emotional Intelligence

As the campers delve deeper into the Self-Awareness journey, they have begun to recognize their emotions, feelings, and thoughts. They are learning to consider how these interact and how to recognize negative aspects and replace them with more positive coping skills.

Module

4

Self-Acceptance & Reflection

The campers now enter the final module for this introductory Self-Awareness course. Their focus during this time is understanding we are all perfectly imperfect, how to embrace themselves and others and remain safe in the knowledge they have sovereignty over their own person.
