In this introductory class we will explore the various components that contribute to a player's fitness and agility. From cardiovascular endurance to muscular strength, speed, and flexibility. We will also cover training regimens for injury prevention and recovery techniques. As part of the 4 pillars of soccer you will leave this class knowing what is needed to become a competitive, positive, and well rounded player.

Meet Course Creator, Amber Arevalos
As a certified personal trainer, exercise therapist, nutritionist, and a kinesiology degree, Amber has been working with students in numerous ways for over 10 years. Her areas of expertise include sports training, nutrition and wellness classes, cooking classes, summer programs, PE/ Adaptive PE. Her background includes working in school settings and one on one to develop the students abilities. I enjoy being part of a young child’s life teaching them skills and life lessons that will help them grow into happy healthy adults!
