Amber Arevalos
As a certified personal trainer, exercise therapist, nutritionist, and kinesiology degree holder, Amber has been working with students in numerous ways for over 10 years. Her areas of expertise include sports training, nutrition and wellness classes, cooking classes, summer programs, and PE/Adaptive PE.
Her background includes working in school settings as well as one-on-one, helping students develop their abilities and confidence. She combines her professional knowledge with a passion for guiding others toward healthier lifestyles.
I enjoy being part of a young child’s life, teaching them skills and life lessons that will help them grow into happy, healthy adults!
