Course on Mind-Body Yoga Connection

Connecting Body & Mind Through Yoga

Improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall body awareness.

Breathwork

Course Overview

Asanas refer to the physical postures and poses practiced in yoga. They help improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall body awareness. Practicing asanas regularly also promotes a healthy body-brain connection by helping you recognize self talk, repetitive thoughts that distract clear thinking, and mental habits that make you feel stuck. In this course, your child will learn the benefits of maintaining a consistent practice for a strong, mobile and flexible body, the basic alignment of the poses and even scientific benefits of these physical yoga poses.
