The Leadership Skills for Kids course is created specifically for ages 9–14. This is an important developmental stage where children are curious, impressionable, and beginning to navigate more complex friendships, school projects, and activities. By introducing leadership concepts at this age, kids build resilience and confidence that will continue to grow throughout their teenage years and into adulthood.

Yes. The course is self-paced and designed to be engaging for children without constant supervision. Interactive lessons, practical examples, and fun activities make it easy to follow. Parents are welcome to guide alongside if they want to reinforce learning at home, but kids can complete it independently and still gain meaningful results.

Yes. The program uses digital badges to celebrate progress after each module. Kids earn badges like the Ember Ant (for starting with purpose and organization) and the Radiant Griffin (for turning ideas into results). These rewards keep kids motivated while showing them that leadership is a step-by-step journey, not something that happens overnight.

Training your child to be a leader is less about authority and more about teaching everyday habits that build confidence. Encourage them to take small responsibilities at home, let them contribute ideas during family decisions, and model problem-solving behavior yourself.
