Course Overview
This course will show you how to manage your emotions so you can remain in control instead of feeling like your emotions are in control of you. You will be introduced to emotion zones, where various emotions can be placed into various categories. Then you will learn how to identify your own zone and explore behaviors attached to those feelings and self-regulation skills so you can remain in your ideal state within each emotional zone. The feelings you have aren't good or bad, but they can be tricky. They can be especially challenging at your age as you grow from a kid to a teen. Let's go on an adventure and figure out what zone you're in and what to do about it!
