Rachel Cohen

Hi! I am Rachel Cohen. I have my Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan and am a Registered Dietitian. Prior to my career as a dietitian, I taught elementary and middle school in the Washington, DC area.

I am passionate about helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes and improve their relationship with food.

Outside of my work as a dietitian, I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, reading historical fiction novels, trying new recipes, and spending time with my family.
