This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Balanced Tech Inc. (“Balanced Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with Bloomster.com, Bloomster-branded mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, creating an account, or allowing your child to use the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

2. Scope and Role of Parents
Bloomster is designed for children to use under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian creates and manages the primary account and may allow a child to access educational content through that account.
We rely on parents to: (a) provide us with accurate information; (b) give consent, where required, for their child’s use of the Services; and (c) supervise how their child interacts with Bloomster content.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us
We may collect the following types of information that you provide directly to us:
- • Parent or guardian information, such as name, email address, payment information, and account settings.
- • Child-related information, such as first name, age or grade level, general interests, and course or plan selections.

- • Feedback or responses you give about the Services or your child’s experience.
We do not require children to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use the Services.

When you or your child use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

If you are a parent or legal guardian, you may:

- • Request that we delete your child’s personal information.
- • Withdraw your consent for your child’s continued use of the Services.
